Debra Glass is a Florence, Alabama native. She holds an MAed with emphasis in history from the University of North Alabama. A freelance writer, Debra has published over twelve books and her articles have appeared in various Civil War history magazines as well as FATE Magazine. She has been conducting guided tours since 2002.
